Adopted and coming to America

The truth about what was necessary to be chosen for adoption

Welcome

There were about 60,000 unwanted babies born in Germany in the 1950s.  They had an American soldier for a father and a German girl for a mother.  Many were subsequently adopted by visiting American soldiers who brought these orphans back to the United States.  This blog is where these now adults share their story of the unique experience of being in that population and how they found peace.  Click the button below to share.
